Search for a Member Record on the app, as well as view and update the member profile. You can also add or update the member photo using the camera on your phone.
Quickly and easily view your members status, attendance history and check in times, as well as membership duration and days since last visit.
Communicate and action check-In messages and alerts to improve your members experience.
Improve your interactions with members, and add notes to a member record. You can also take photos of important documentation and save against the member record.

Digital signature removes the need for any paperwork during the sign up process
New Joiners have the ability to digitally sign on the iPad/iPhone, instead of you having to print off and manually sign paperwork
An email is automatically sent to the customer with their digitally signed documents, and also stored in the ClubWise System

ClubWise Mobile allows you to capture prospect data wherever you are, with no need for a WIFI connection. Your prospect data will be stored and listed on your device and will sync to your ClubWise system as soon as you connect to WIFI or mobile roaming data.

Diary Module

The Diary module in ClubWise Mobile gives your team the flexibility to engage with your members and prospects on the gym floor or on outreach, by allowing them to book PT sessions, induction appointments, sales appointments and programme review appointments wherever they are, on their mobile device.

This module also allows your team to view and keep track of their rota and appointments remotely via their mobile phone, helping them manage their busy schedules.

This also helps you as a club to manage your staff as you can be confident that your whole team can view their shifts on their on their mobile device.

Task List Module

The ClubWise Mobile Task List Module allows you to become more mobile whilst managing your day to day tasks.

The Task List Module lets you set yourself reminders via the task list, so you can follow up on those important gym floor interactions.

When you’re out prospecting, if there are specific interactions that require a follow up, you can now set that task straight away in ClubWise Mobile.
