Over the course of the lockdown, ClubWise has enhanced its fully integrated solution, to ensure its customers are fit to operate and compete in a transformed market environment. Read the full details below.
1. Booking Enhancement: ‘Restrict visits by booking only’ Helping you comply with social distancing guidelines
This functionality allows members to book their club visit in advance through the FitSense Member App. Clubs are able to set start times, duration and capacity of slots. Unless a member has a booking of some form, the member will not be allowed entry to the club. When the member books their slot through FitSense, they will receive a mobile notification will be just before their booking starts. Another will be sent before the booking ends to encourage members to finish their workout on time.
2. Virtual Class Platform
ClubWise has developed a virtual class platform that allows clubs to provide virtual classes to their members via the FitSense Member App. The benefits of this during lockdown are obvious, however more and more clubs have indicated that they will continue to provide virtual classes for some time after reopening, as it is a great way to differentiate from the competition and could help your club to recover financially.
3. In App Booking and Payments: Promoting Cashless Transactions
Members have the ability to book and pay for additional chargeable classes and personal training directly in FitSense, allowing for cashless transactions. Not only does this support social distancing guidelines, but it also provides a great way to increase membership yield.
4. FitSense Pay as You Go Feature – Open Your Classes to Non-Members
ClubWise has developed a new feature with the FitSense Member App, that makes it easy to invite non-members to book and pay for classes on a ‘pay as you go’ basis, opening your doors to whole new audience, leading to an increase in revenue all year round. The best bit? Non-members can be up and running in as little as 5 minutes.
5. Club Capacity Insight in FitSense
To help members make an informed decision as to when they visit the club, we have added club capacity insight to FitSense. With this update, your members will be able to see how many people are in the club at any one time, to help them identify the capacity level that they feel comfortable with.
Members will see a new icon on the FitSense menu screen, which when tapped, displays the capacity information in the
form of a pop up.
